Electric mobility projects in Africa
Electric two and three wheelers:
UN Environment is currently active in five African countries working on the introduction of electric two and three wheelers:

Electric light duty vehicles:
UN Environment together with the Global Fuel Economy Initiative works on baseline setting and policy development for efficient light duty vehicles including electric cars and light commercial vehicles in the following countries:

- Mauritius
- Morocco

Zero and low emission buses:
As part of the Climate and Clean Air Coalition Soot-Free Bus work, UN Environment is active in the following cities:
